468 Big Block ’66 Chevy II | Clean Pro Street Build

I was hunting for some pro street muscle cars online, and came across this beautiful 1966 Chevy II build at Past & Present Motors. The Deuce already found its new home, but I thought you guys would appreciate some more details on the car and a quick walkaround video at the end.

The straight X-body sprayed with beautiful Brandywine Red and rocking factory style bumpers and grill is a real eye candy. Of course, being a pro street car the 1966 Chevy II needs some aggressiveness. That is achieved with cowl hood and 15-inch Centerline wheels wrapped in slicks at the back.

The Deuce sits on a custom frame, it is mini tubbed and has HD rack and pinion up front. The exhaust system consist of stainless steel headers connected to 3-inch pipe. Inside the 1966 Chevy you will see a Black interior enhanced with mini roll cage, racing style bucket seats and Autometer gauges.

The 427 badging continues under the hood, but the Chevy II actually packs a 468 cube Big Block. The engine is dressed with aluminum heads, hydraulic roller cam, high rise intake and 1150 double pumper. The power is controlled by Hughes Performance TH400 trans and 9-inch rear end.

To see the pro street 1966 Chevy II all the way around while listening the 468 engine idle, play the video Past & Present Motors filmed before the car was sent to its new owner.
