Zeppole the mischievous pup has been caught red-pawed on camera, sneaking into the neighbor’s pool for an impromptu swim.

Now, normally, we may say that the grass isn’t always greener on the other side of the fence. But when that grass is actually a pool, well, Zeppole seems to think it’s a definite upgrade!

During a recent visit to her father’s house on the coast of New Jersey, Zeppole and his owner, the TikTok user @errieting, stumbled upon this aquatic oasis.

Turns out, the pool was not technically on their property but rather over the fence, in the neighbor’s yard. However, that didn’t deter our water-loving canine companion from taking the plunge.

With unwavering determination and a twinkle in his eye, Zeppole boldly went for it. Although the dip may have been taken without seeking permission, Zeppole lucked out as the neighbors absolutely adore him.

And why wouldn’t they love him? Zeppole is simply irresistible. In fact, it seems that he now holds an open invitation to indulge in more pool time at the neighbor’s place in the days to come.

But let’s face it, Zeppole probably had that in mind all along.

It’s safe to say that golden retrievers like Zeppole are undeniably cute but certainly known for their charming mischief. As @errieting humorously remarked, “Well, mine at least.”
