Rescued Dog Found Searching for Food in Trash While Tethered

Lisa’s tale begins in a dire situation, abandoned and tethered, forced to scavenge for food amidst trash.

This small mixed-breed dog’s plight caught the attention of Sabine and her Little Steps Matter rescue team, who were moved to tears by her condition.
