Introducing the Ford Ranchero, FoMoCo filled an untapped niche in the mass market. The hybrid between car and pick up truck was so successful, that Chevrolet built their own version in ’59 calling it El Camino.

Today we are going to take a look at one of the finest early Ford Rancheros in existence part of the American Muscle Car Museum collection in Florida. Restored by the ’57-59 Ford guru Jerry Miller, loaded with options, and displaying all the jewelry available on these trucks, this 1957 Ford Ranchero is nothing but spectacular.

Bold two-tone exterior, tons of chrome and wire wheels wrapped in whitewall tires, what a beauty. The interior looks as fabulous, and when it comes to power, this 1957 Ford Ranchero relies on the 292 cubic inch Y-block engine factory rated at a little over 200hp controlled by automatic transmission.
