A dog is an attractive creature that makes people happy. One such creature is Herschel. Years of mistreatment ended with his eventual rescue, bringing joy back into his life.

German Shepherd Herschel was horribly neglected by his owner. Without even the barest expression of affection, he was confined to a garden. He tried to chew the chain that was securely binding him to an awful existence, wearing his teeth all the way down to their tips.
