One day, a guy named Paris Zarcilla woke up to find a cat he didn’t own in his room. But that’s not all! The cat had also given birth to four adorable kittens under his bed.

This surprising and heartwarming moment was captured in his first tweet, which marked the beginning of their journey together. 

Zarcilla was initially shocked and taken aback by the furry family residing in his bedroom, but he quickly fell in love with them.

Despite not planning on owning a cat at the time, Zarcilla decided to care for them and started sharing updates about their progress on his Twitter account. The furry family consisted of a mama cat and her four newborn kittens.

Five years ago, Zarcilla stumbled upon this unexpected surprise when he entered his bedroom to grab a sweater from his closet. 

Little did he know, he would be greeted by a mama cat giving birth to kittens under his bed, which was a moment he’ll never forget.

Putting everything on hold, Zarcilla wholeheartedly embraced his new feline flatmates and documented their journey on social media. 

He sought guidance from veterinarians, shelters, and cat protection organizations, as this was an entirely new and exciting experience for him.

He did not intend on getting a cat, but here he is now.

Fast-forward a few years, and the furry family grew into a big, happy bunch.

In 2018, Zarcilla entered his room, only to discover a total of five cats. This has become a regular occurrence for me, hahaha, but not for Zarcilla. He didn’t own a cat before.

Zarcilla regularly updates his Twitter profile, sharing new photos of his beloved furry friends. On their two-year anniversary, he posted a significant update, showcasing the progress they had made in their journey together.

But that’s not all… In a heartwarming birthday message, Zarcilla expressed his deep love for his feline family, stating:

“Happy Birthday, my fam. I love you more than you’ll ever know. You’ve brought so much light to my life. You have me forever.”

Over the years, Zarcilla has shared numerous photos of the cats lounging around, napping, playing, and simply enjoying life. As anyone with multiple cats knows, there’s never a dull moment with them, especially when they’re young.
