For whatever reason, Bokshil the dog’s owner was forced to move, but he was unable to take the adorable pup with him. For ten years, the anxious dog waited outside her home for her owner to come home.
This lovely puppy reportedly lost her sight while she waited for her owner to return home, according to a YouTube video that the South Korean station SBS TV posted.
When she refused to move, neighbors tried to help her but gave up and left her on the streets to fend for herself. As a result, they constructed a cage for her, providing her with a bed to sleep in at night and food while she waits in the street.
One of her neighbors told her that she had no teeth and had trouble eating after she offered him a peeled boiled egg.
She told SBS TV, “I heard the owner left it behind, perhaps because he didn’t have the money to take care of it.
“Now that she’s a grandmother, my heart aches for her.”
She is seen in the footage being transported to a veterinary hospital for care. She had “senile cataracts,” which made her vision hazy, but otherwise she was in fair health, according to the vet.
Because she assumed the person approaching her was her owner, she must have believed that living on the streets was significantly worse.
More than 1.5 million people have watched her story video on YouTube, and many of them have expressed their anguish and indignation at her predicament.
The devotion of dogs is terrible to humans. Dogs, according to one commenter, are the only animals in the world who have unconditional loyalty.
They will spend their entire lives admiring and serving their owners. Their God is also our God. They are in no way deserving of us as people. Sometimes, people may be quite rude.
While watching for her owner to come back, this dog offered her life. She is fortunate to be surrounded by kind people.
