The hapless Chihuahua was struck by a fast automobile in the middle of the roadway. She had a lasting injury to her left hind limb. The moment of the collision, she was expecting a child. Then her water broke…

The damaged tiny puppy was too big to give birth naturally, and the mother fell into shock. She was thankfully transferred to the Fuzz Ball Animal Rescue animal shelter.

The chihuahua’s broken leg had to be amputated after the caesarean delivery of the puppies. The new mother is prospering, and the family was saved.

She led a life of squalor, was assaulted, gave birth to an obese puppy, had a C-section, and was shocked to have her leg removed! This tiny chihuahua grew up to be a real warrior.
