This horrifying scene depicts the moment a courageous Dalmatian died from a snake bite after saving its family from a deadly cobra.

Ameen Sharif of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, awoke to the sound of frantic barking and hurried to find his devoted dog Tyson battling the dangerous Indian cobra.

Ameen and his family were helpless to stop the courageous one-and-a-half-year-old Dalmatian from killing the lethal snake.

But as the awful movie depicts, the family watched in disbelief as the dog became ill and appeared to be suffering.

Ameen checked Tyson for snake bites out of concern and discovered blood on the left side of the animal’s face.

He called the snake hotline and sent a video of the snake to expert Subhendu Mallik, who identified it as an Indian cobra and advised the family to take the dog to the vet as soon as possible.

Tyson passed away in a half-hour due to the fact that no veterinarians could be reached because the incident occurred at 2 a.m. yesterday.

Amin told Ommcom News, “We saw Tyson fighting a cobra just a foot from our porch.” After biting our cherished pet, the snake died.

We tried calling veterinary doctors to ask for a Tyson anti-venom dosage, but no one picked up at this hour. We were able to save our own lives, but we were unable to save his.

He wrote, “Our family will never forget the dog’s loyalty and heroic sacrifice.” It’s unfortunate that there are so many hospitals open around-the-clock for human patients but not any with emergency care for animals.

“The brave dog saved the family from a terrible situation,” Mr. Mallik continued. However, the incident demonstrates the lack of veterinary care in Odisha, where a dog died without being treated.
